At Chewer’s Joy, we make and ship perishable pet food, which means returns and refunds can only be accepted if a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
This policy follows U.S. food safety standards, which do not allow the return of consumable items once they’ve left our facility. This ensures that every product we ship remains safe, fresh, and suitable for pets.
If your order arrived in poor condition or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@chewersjoy.com.
Our team will review your case with care and, if approved, we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement right away.
Non-returnable items
Because of food safety regulations, we’re unable to accept returns or refunds for:

Damages and issues
We take great care to make sure every order arrives in perfect condition.
If you notice any damage, defect, or if you received the wrong item, please reach out to us right away at info@chewersjoy.com with a few photos, so we can make things right as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your case has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
